番茄叶霉病菌生物学特性研究
Research on Biological Characteristics of Tomato Leaf Mould
【摘要】 番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长的最适温度为 2 0℃~ 2 5℃ ,pH值为 5 .0~ 6 .0 .分生孢子萌发的最适温度为 2 5℃ ,最适pH值为 4 .0~ 5 .0 ,相对湿度低于 86 %时孢子不萌发 .病菌对单糖、双糖和多糖都能利用 ,而氮源则以硝态氮和有机氮利用较好 ,氨态氮抑制病菌的生长 .
【Abstract】 Tomato leaf mould is caused by Fulria fulva .The best optium temperture and pH for growth of the myelium were 20℃~25℃ and 5.0~6.0 respectively, for the germination of spores were 25℃ and pH 4.0~5.0.The pathogen could use many monosaccharides, disaccharides and polysaccharides as carbon sources, and nitrates, organic nitrogen as nitrogen sources, but amononia could inhibit its growth.
