【摘要】 以不同处理方法的蜻蜓目昆虫为材料 ,分别采用溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTAB)法、蛋白酶K等方法提取总DNA ,通过OD2 6 0 /2 80值、琼脂糖凝胶电泳对所得DNA溶液进行检测 .结果显示这两种方法均可以获得较高质量的总DNA ,用于PCR扩增实验 .因此 ,在实际工作中可根据实验目的、条件选取最适合的方法 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Two methods, CTAB and SDS-protein enzyme K, were used to extract DNA from the different treatment of Odonata.The resulted DNA samples of two methods were tested qualitatively and quantitatively using the value of OD260/280、 agarose gel electrophoresis.The results show that the two methods can get the height quality and quantity of total DNA.So we should select the proper method according to the objective and condition in the study.更多还原
