【Abstract】 The design status and existing problems in the micropump are studied. For the problem of absence of information in making rules for the micropump’s optimization, a method based on rough set to establish the information system for micropumps is advanced. With this theory, a information system for thermal-droved bimetal membrane is established and a integrate platform to establish information system for micropumps is also developed with JAVA technology and SQL language.更多还原
