【Abstract】 The causes for the appearance defects on crown,shoulder and bead areas of BTR tire were analyzed and their countermeasures were proposed.The appearance quality of BTR tire was significantly improved by taking the following measures:strictly control the dimensions and locations of tire components and the shaping pressure of green tire,properly apply the releasing agent and lubricant,regularly clean the mold,and protect the overheated water from leakage and the steam from reversing.更多还原
