大功率液压马达测试系统人性化改造的探讨
Discussion of Humanizing Reconstruction of High-power Hydraulic Motors Test System
【摘要】 该文针对某厂家大功率液压马达测试系统存在器材噪声大、油污高、工作效率低等缺点,从系统结构改造和人机交互功能建立两个方面着手对传统的液压测试系统进行人性化的改造的探讨研究,改善操作者工作环境,降低操作者的劳动强度,提高测试的准确性和工作效率,同时为新生产的测试系统提供设计参考。
【Abstract】 According to the disadvantages of large noise, heavy oil pollution and low efficiency of a company’s traditional motor-testing system in high-power motor testing, humanization methods are diacussed to improve the testing system in aspects of structural rebuilding and human-machine interaction establishment in this paper, which were supposed to better operating condition, reduce labor intensity, increase testing accuracy and working efficiency and give a reference to new testing system design.
