60Co-r射线对球根海棠和大丽菊根茎辐射处理后M2、M3代叶绿素含量的影响
Effect of 60Co-r Ray Radiation on the Chlorophyll of Begonia Tuberhyrida Voss,Dahlia Panita Chlay of M2 and M3
【摘要】 试验研究60Co-r射线对球根海棠(根茎)、大丽菊(根茎)辐射后其植株叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明,经10Gy辐射处理后的大丽菊M2代,20Gy辐射处理后的大丽菊M3代与高剂量辐射后的球根海棠M2、M3代均有较高的光合作用和抗逆性,球根海棠经辐射处理的花色出现明显的变异。
【Abstract】 The paper shows the effect of 60Co-r ray radiation on the chlorophyll of Begonia tuberhyrida Voss(root) and Dahlia panita chlay(root). The results show that after radiated respectively by 10 Gy ,20 Gy and high dosages radiation, Dahlia pinata chlay of M2, Dahlia pinata chlay of M3,Begonia tuberhyrida Voss of M2,M3 have higher photosynthesis and fight adverse circumstances. And among those ,the patter of Begonia tuberhyrida Voss flower have changed by radiation.
