【Abstract】 Our country is confronted with the increasing gap between town and country, The different income befween town and country was attributed fundamentally to the binary administrative system which separates town and country.Effective measures must be taken to stop the increase in distinction .This paper argues for planning the development town and country as a whole ,promoting the reforms of unifying town and country,and quickening the solution of the three problems related to peasants.更多还原
