【摘要】 本文研究了三聚氰胺和聚乙烯醇等改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的制备工艺和配方 .实验得出 :采用弱碱 -弱酸 -弱碱的工艺 ,添加适量改性剂 ,反应温度控制 85～ 90℃ ,反应时间 2～3h ,尿素和甲醛的最佳物质的量的比为 1∶1 .4,尿素按 7 5∶2 .0∶0 .5的质量比分 3次投料 ,可制得低毒、耐水、强度等性能明显提高的脲醛树脂胶粘剂 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies some factors that affect the preparation of UF resin,such as some of the modifiers (melamine,phenec acid,PVA). Under the following conditions modifiers are put into the liquid of glue: reaction temperature 80～90℃,reaction time 2～3h,the molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde 1:1.4 (the best reaction of molar ratio). Urea is added in three portions (7.5:2.0:0.5). We can get low-toxic,water-resistant UF resin and adhesive of improved strength.更多还原
