利用大米细糠生产饲料蛋白质的研究
Producing Feed Protein with the Fine Bran from Rice Polishing
【摘要】 以大米细糠为原料采用双酶法糖化后,加入果胶酶和纤维素酶,接入酵母菌(接种量为0.5%),30℃好氧培养60h,消耗培养基中的糖。结果表明,发酵后的醪液粘度显著降低,这对后续工序的过滤分离十分有利,而且由于酵母的大量繁殖使饲料中蛋白质含量明显增加。
【Abstract】 In the experiment, the fine bran from rice polishing was used as the raw material to be saccharified by two kinds of enzymes. After the saccharification, pectase and cellulase were added in, and then the yeast was inoculated (0.5%). The fermentation lasted for 60 h in aerobic conditions at 30℃ to uptake the sugar in the culture medium. The results showed that the viscosity of the fermented broth was obviously decreased, which was very favorable to the successive filtration, and the protein contained in the feed increased remarkably because of the yeast propagation.
