【Abstract】 Yeast enriched protein feed fermented in a solid state was investigated by using corn residues and sugary waste water from citric acid processing as the culture medium. The proportion of culture medium and working conditions were optimized, resulting in the count of living yeast cells up to 134×10⁸ ·g^-1 on a dry basis, and crude protein yield up to 40.1%.更多还原
