【摘要】 以7个稻米生产国的代表性糙米品种为研究对象,对其糙米粒形、品质进行了分析测定。结果表明,日本仍为较先进的稻米生产国,其糙米在粒形、品质上拥有较大优势;国产粳糙与日本糙米相比,主要差距表现在容重较低,爆腰率较高。其它各国的糙米各具特点,伊朗、印度尼西亚产糙米的品质、品种间差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The representative rice varieties from 7 rice producing countries were taken as objects of study for investigating the kernel shape and quality of their brown rice. The results indicated that Japan was still a comparatively advanced rice producing country, the brown rice produced there had much superiority in kernel shape and quality; and comparing with Japanese brown rice, the domestic brown rice from medium to short-grain nonglutinous rice was mainly different in its lower bulk density and higher crossbreaking percentage.
