【摘要】 目的　建立定量测定抗链球菌溶血素“O”的自动分析方法。方法　根据测定条件的优化实验 ,采用免疫透射比浊法测定。结果　批内 CV<2 .45 % ,日间 CV<4.46% ,总 CV<4.81 % ,平均回收率为 1 0 0 .6% ,加入 TG<5 .6mm-ol/L、BIL<3 66μmol/L、Hb<1 5 0 g/L、UA<740 μmol/L时对测定结果无显著干扰。结论　本法简便、准确、快速 ,适合全自动分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the method of automated analysis of anti-streptolysin "O"(ASO). Methods Based on the conditions of optimization experiment, the immunity turbidimetric method was adopted. Results Within-run CV was 2.45%, between-run CV was 4.46% and total CV was 4.81%. The recovery rate was 100.6%. No interference were showed when additional triglyceride(TG)<5.6 mmol/L, bilirubin(BIL)<366 μmol/L; hemoglobin(Hb)<150 g/L;uricacid (UA)<740 μmol/L were added to pooled sera respectively. Conclusion The metheod is simple,accurate and suitable for automated analysis.更多还原
