【摘要】 目的　对 2型糖尿病患者感染的人类巨细胞病毒 ( HCMV)进行 g H基因检测和分型。方法　抽提 1 0 1例 2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞 DNA,以巢式 PCR( nest PCR)法扩增 HCMV g H基因 ,利用限制性核酸内切酶 Hha I对 HCMVg H基因进行限制性片段长度多态性分析 ( RFLP)。结果　 1 6例 2型糖尿病患者血标本为 HCMV g H基因阳性 ,酶切分型结果均为 g H1型。结论　杭州地区 2型糖尿病患者 HCMV流行株以 g H1基因型为主 ,该基因型与标准株 AD1 69有一定差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect gH gene and analyse the genotypes of gH of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods DNA was extracted from the blood samples of 101 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,then the gH gene of HCMV was determined by nest polymerase chain reaction(nest PCR),the genotype of HCMV gH was analysed by restrict fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).Results 16 strains HCMV gH gene were gained from the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,all of them formed gH group 1. Conclusion Between the two genotypes of HCMV gH, gH group 1 takes the main part in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Hangzhou area, which is different from the strain AD169.更多还原
