【摘要】 目的　观察治疗性血浆置换术中不良反应与临床处置。方法　应用血细胞分离机行 44次血浆置换 ,观察血浆置换过程中出现的不良反应。结果　 44次血浆置换术中出现 2 0次不同程度的枸橼酸盐中毒 ,占 45 .5 %。血浆过敏反应5次 ,占 1 1 .4%。血容量失衡 1次 ,占 2 .3 %。结论　血浆置换术中出现的不良反应主要有枸橼酸盐中毒、过敏反应和血容量失衡等。置换过程中注意观察和及时对症处理 ,能有效减少不良反应 ,保证血浆置换的顺利进行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the adverse effects and the treatment in the therapeutic plasma exchange procedures. Methods 44 therapeutic plasma exchange procedures were held by the blood cell separator and adverse effects were observed in the therapeutic plasma exchange procedures. Results It showed the rate of intoxication of citrate in 20 of the whole 44 procedures was 45.5%, allergic reaction was 11.4%(5/44),and disequilibrium of blood volume was 2.3%(1/44). Conclusion The intoxication of citrate, allergic reaction and disequilibrium of blood volume have been observed in the therapeutic plasma exchange procedures. It is important to pay attention to oberving and treating adverse effects in the therapeutic plasma exchange procedures.更多还原
