【摘要】 目的　探讨 CD5 9抗原在血液系统恶性肿瘤患者红细胞及成熟粒细胞上的表达及意义。方法　以 2 0例正常人和 2 2例确诊为不同类型血液系统恶性肿瘤患者为对象 ,采用直接免疫荧光标记法和流式细胞仪检测骨髓或外周血中红细胞及成熟粒细胞表面 CD5 9的表达情况并进行比较。结果　正常人外周血粒细胞和红细胞中的 CD5 9+细胞均占 95 %以上 ,9例 AML患者中有 7例粒细胞表面 CD5 9表达量低于正常值 ( 4 2 .4%～ 78.9% ) ,2例双表型 AL及 3例 ALL伴髓系抗原 CD1 3阳性的患者中有 3例 CD5 9表达量降低 ( 87.0 %～ 92 .0 % ) ,3例 CLL、3例单纯 ALL以及 2例淋巴瘤患者的粒细胞 CD5 9均正常。此外 ,所有患者红细胞表面 CD5 9的表达均正常。结论　粒细胞表面 CD5 9的表达异常和急性髓细胞性白血病明显相关 ,研究结果可能为 MDS及 AML的诊断、鉴别诊断和预后判断等提示一个新的思路更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of CD59 antigen from patients with haematological malignancies and its clinical significance.Methods To determine the granulocyte expression of CD59 from 22 patients diagnosed as different types of haematological malignancies and 20 healthy controls by direct immunoflurescence and flow cytometric analysis.Results The results showed that the CD59 expression on the mature granulocyte membrane had a remarkable depress in most AML patients (7/9) and ALL patients with CD13 or CD33 positive (3/5), but normal on the erythrocyte surface. Conclusion The results suggest that there is remarkable relationship between the CD59 lower expression on the mature granulocyte membrane and AML. It maybe provides a new useful target for the diagnostication, distinguishment and the pathogenesis study of the AML and MDS.更多还原
