【摘要】 东北作为共和国长子,曾经为国家的经济发展做出过巨大的贡献。但由于体制的原因,在市场经济条件下,已远远落在了后面。工业产值在全国所占的比重由1978年的17%跌至2002年的9%。基于此,国家提出了振兴东北老工业基地的方针策略。而东北振兴的关键在于国有企业的改革。香港作为东北最大的投资来源地,具有在专业服务、管理人才、资金、市场资源等方面上不可比拟的优势,完全可以在东北的振兴进程中发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economy of China’s Northeast region has legged behind due to the old economic system, although it used to make significant contributions to the China’s economy. The proportion of its Gross Industrial Product in China fell from 17% in the year of 1978 to 9%in the year of 2002. The innovation of the state-owned enterprise is pivotal to revitalize the Northeast region. Hong Kong as the major investor in this region has the incomparable advantage in terms of the specialized service, managerial talent, capital and market resource. Hong Kong is fully justified to play a more important role in revitalizing the Northeast region.更多还原
