【摘要】 企业负责人的激励问题成为多年来困扰企业发展的重要因素,从外部激励和企业内部激励分析两方面讨论企业负责人的激励机制设计问题。

【Abstract】 How to stimulate the enterprise legal person has hindered the development process of enterprises for years. This present paper discusses the stimulating mechanism for the enterprise legal person in the two aspects of the exterior stimulation and interior stimulation.
