【Abstract】 maize samples and 33 wheat samples ware taken. The zearalenone content of those samples was tested by the monoclonal antibody bio-immunity technique and fluorometry. Results indicated that positive rate of zearalenone in wheat is 100%(concentration: 0.014～0.47mg/kg),and also 100% in maize(concentration: 0.018～0.73mg/kg).The contamination level of maize is higher than of that wheat.更多还原
