小麦和玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮污染情况初探(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 扦取小麦样本 4 8份 ,玉米样本 3 3份 ,采用单克隆抗体生物免疫技术和荧光光度仪测定扦取样品中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量。结果表明 ,小麦中玉米赤霉烯酮阳性率为 1 0 0 %,浓度范围 0 .0 1 4~ 0 .4 7mg/kg。玉米中玉米赤霉烯酮阳性率为 1 0 0 %,浓度范围 0 .0 1 8~ 0 .73mg/kg。玉米污染程度高于小麦。

【Abstract】 maize samples and 33 wheat samples ware taken. The zearalenone content of those samples was tested by the monoclonal antibody bio-immunity technique and fluorometry. Results indicated that positive rate of zearalenone in wheat is 100%(concentration: 0.014~0.47mg/kg),and also 100% in maize(concentration: 0.018~0.73mg/kg).The contamination level of maize is higher than of that wheat.
