【摘要】 在收集整理全国各生态区域仓储企业调研资料的基础上 ,综合分析了全国各储粮生态区域不同的气候条件、仓储设施配置、粮食品质和粮堆生态情况对粮食安全状况的影响 ,考虑各粮堆生态因子之间的相互作用关系 ,依据粮食储藏学、储粮昆虫学、储粮微生物学的基本原理 ,参照ISO632 2《谷物与豆类的储藏》国际标准中对粮食储藏的基本要求 ,综合考虑各相关因子在粮食储藏过程中对储粮安全影响程度的大小 ,提出了粮食安全储藏技术指标评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to collecting data from different ecological area of the whole country,analyzing the effects of climate conditions,storage equipments,grain quality and ecological conditions of grain bulk on grain safety,considering the relations between ecological factors in grain bulk,on the basis of the principles of grain storage,stored-grain entomology and microbiology,consulting the demand of ISO 6322 international standard,comprehensively considering the influence of the relative factors on stored-grain safety,the evaluation system on safe grain-storage technological indexes was put forward.更多还原
