双参数指数分布母体的参数估计

【摘要】 讨论双参数指数分布母体的参数估计,给出两种求参数置信区间的方法.

【Abstract】 The parameter estimation of the two-parameter exponential distribution is discussed ,and two kinds of methods to get the confidence intervals are given in this paper.
