【摘要】 目的 :观察胸腺肽对白癜风患者外周血象的影响。方法 :应用常规方法检测 5 0例白癜风患者的外周血象 ,并与 2 0例健康人作对照 ;应用胸腺肽皮损内注射 ,观察白癜风患者治疗前后血象的变化 ,并进行前后对比。结果 :白癜风患者治疗前外周血象中平均红细胞体积 (MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量 (MCH)比健康对照组升高 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;血小板分布宽度 (PDW)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)比健康对照组降低 (P <0 0 0 1 )。经胸腺肽治疗后 ,白细胞 (WBC)较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :白癜风患者外周血象存在异常 ;胸腺肽治疗可调节白癜风患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of thymus peptide on the peripheral blood routine in patients with vitiligo. Methods:Blood routine of fifty patients with vitiligo were detected by routine method, and compared with 20 health control. The fifty patients were treated with thymus peptide and blood routine were detected before and after treatment. Results:MCV and MCH were found increased in vitiligo group as compared with the health control(P<0.001). After treatment with thymus peptide, WBC was decreased in vitiligo group as compared with the result before treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion:These results indicated that blood routine was abnormal in vitiligo patients. Cellular immunity of vitiligo patients is regulated after thymus peptide being used. Therefore, vitiligo patients treated with thymus peptide showed some better response.更多还原
