首乌降压胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统作用的实验研究
Experimental study on the effect of ShouWuJiangYa Capsule on renal hypertension rats
【摘要】 目的 :探讨首乌降压胶囊对二肾一夹 (简称 2K1C)肾性高血压大鼠的降压机制。方法 :以SD雄性大鼠为研究对象 ,选用大鼠血压、肾素 (PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)来研究首乌降压胶囊治疗高血压病的机制。将大鼠 (n =32 )按照随机数字表法分为模型组、首乌降压胶囊高剂量组 (简称首高组 )、首乌降压胶囊低剂量组 (简称首低组 )、卡托普利组 ,每组 8只 ,另假手术组 8只 ,共 4 0只。结果 :肾性高血压大鼠血压、血浆和肾脏组织PRA、AngⅡ、ALD等异常 ,这些变化是肾性高血压大鼠的病理生理基础之一 ;首乌降压胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠血压有一定的改善和降低作用 ,其作用机制可能与降低血浆及肾脏组织PRA、AngⅡ、ALD的水平相关
【Abstract】 Objective :Our research topic partly deals with the hypotensive mechanism of ShouWuJiangYa Capsule on the renal hypertension rat. Methods :40 SD rats(male,200±20g)were divided into five groups,such as shamoperated group,model group,high dose of ShouWuJiangYa capsule group,lower dose of ShouWuJiangYa capsule and captopril group by random.The changes of blood pressure of rats,the levels of renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone in plasm and kidney were measured. Results :The changes of renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone in plasm and kidney are probably the basic pathophysiology in 2K1C renal hypertension rats;ShouWuJiangYa capsule can decrease the blood pressure of 2K1C,so consider it may be related with the decreasing of tenin,angiotensin Ⅱ,aldosterone in plasm and kidney.
