【摘要】 目的　探讨心包内处理肺血管肺切除在局部晚期肺癌的外科治疗中的疗效和临床经验。方法　回顾性分析我科 1998年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 12月中收治的 4 6例侵及肺血管的局部晚期肺癌外科治疗资料 ,其中肺静脉及左心房受累 31例 ,肺动脉圆锥及肺动脉干受累 15例。结果　全组病人无手术死亡 ,术后并发症 11例 ,发生率为14 .7% ,本组病人随访率为 93.4 % (43/ 4 6 ) ,术后 1、3、5年生存率分别为 73.0 % (35 / 4 6 )、4 3.4 % (2 0 / 4 6 )、2 1 74 %(10 / 4 6 )。结论　经心包内处理肺血管行肺癌切除术安全、可靠 ,并增大手术根治机率 ,提高病人长期生存机会 ,为局部晚期的肺癌患者一下步综合治疗提供更多机会 ,值得临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ltuday the ignificancer of preamonectomy via intrapericardial vas culac management in the aurgical treatment of lung cancer.Methods A total of 46 patients with central-type lung cancer underwent preamonectomy via intrapericardidl vasculac managemot.Results The postoperective complications was 14.7%(11/46).The postoperative follow up was 93.4%(43/46).The1--and5--year survial rates were 73.0%(35/46), 43.3%(20/46) and 21.74%(10/46) Nespectively. Conclusion Pneamon ectomy via intrapericadial was cular management is safe and can impereve the resection rate.It might provide a basie for the further treatment of lung cancer and should be widely applied.更多还原
