【摘要】 目的　探讨抗生素诱导内毒素释放的意义。方法　用三种抗生素治疗败血症家兔 ,检测治疗后内毒素释放的水平。结果　抗生素能诱导内毒素释放 ,不同抗生素诱导的量不同。庆大霉素最低 ,泰能次之 ,头孢他啶最高。结论　不同抗生素作用机制不同 ,诱导革兰氏阴性细菌内毒素释放的量也不同 ;在治疗革兰氏阴性细菌败血症时 ,要同时兼顾菌血症和内毒素血症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the releasing significance of antibiotic inducing endotoxin.Methods Using three antibiotics treat the family rabbits that hava made the septemia,and then,examining the level of endotoxin ,s release.Results Antibiotic can induce the endotoxin ,s release,the different antibiotic to the different reelasing level gentamycinum is the lowest tinam is second and fortum is the highest.Conclusion The functional principles of different antibiotics are different,the numbers of inducing G (-) bacteritic endotoxin ,s release are different,too.;During treating the G (-) bacteritic septicema,we shall give attention to both bacteremia and endotoxemia.更多还原
