【摘要】 目的评价腔内激光技术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的疗效。方法61例病人共78条肢体,硬膜外麻醉下应用DIOMED波长810nm激光联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗。结果术后随访时间平均为10.20个月(1～16个月),61例无局部复发,疗效满意。结论激光治疗下肢浅静脉曲张术式简单、微创、美观且疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoluminal laser treatment of superficial varicosities in lower limbs. Methods Seventy,eight lower limbs in 61 patients with superficial varicosities were treated with 810nm DIOMED laser combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein under epidural anesthesia. Results All patients were followed,up for 1～16months with no local recurrence, and all patients were satisfactory for efficacy. Conclusion Endoluminal laser therapy is a simple, minimally invasive,nice looking and effective method to treat superficial varicosities of the lower limbs.更多还原
