【摘要】 目的探讨腔镜行甲状腺部分切除的临床应用。方法用腔镜为35例甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺囊肿及结节性甲状腺肿的病人实施了经胸皮下入路甲状腺部分切除术和近全切除术。结果全部病例手术成功,平均手术时间160min。无喉返,喉上神经损伤,术后出血等并发症,无中转开放手术。术后恢复良好,近期随访颈部皮肤感觉接近正常。结论腔镜行甲状腺部分切除术具有无颈部疤痕,美容效果好,皮肤感觉接近正常,恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of endoscopic partial-thyroidectomy. Method Partial-thyroidectomy with endoscopic instruments throuh chest-wall approach was done for 35 patients with thyroid adenoma or nodular goiter.Results Operation of 35 cases were successful.There were no surgical complications such as injuries of recurrent nerve and superior laryngeal nerve or bleeding and so on. Everage operative time was 160min. Conclusion Endoscopic partial thyroidectomy has many advantages including no scar in the neck,skin sensation near normal and prompt recovery after operation.更多还原
