【摘要】 目的评价促红细胞生成素在食管癌根治术前应用的临床意义和安全性。方法38例可手术食管癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组(19例)入院后立即予重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗,然后手术;对照组(19例)不予rHuEPO治疗,其它同研究组。将两组的验血结果进行研究分析。结果两组患者术中输血量及术后血红蛋白差异有显著性,收缩压、舒张压及血小板计数差异无统计学意义。结论食管癌术前应用rHuEPO能够改善患者术前、术后贫血,减少术中输血量,使用中未发现明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and safety of rHuEPO in the application of treating esophageal carcinoma preoperatively. Methods Thirty eight patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. 19 cases in the study group accepted rHuEPO immediately after admission, and then underwent operation.While another 19 cases in the control group,the rHuEPO wasn’t given. The results of blood tests in the two groups were analyzed. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in volume of intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative hemoglobin,and there was no any statistical significance in blood pressure and PLT count. Conclusion The preoperative application of rHuEPO in treating patients with esophageal carcinoma can improve the preoperative and postoperative anaemia, and can decrease the volume of intraoperative blood transfusion. No apparent side effects are found in the course of treatment.更多还原
