【摘要】 科技期刊水平和质量的提高有赖于期刊评价体系的建立.中文核心期刊的遴选和JCR等虽然在指标选取和评价方法上不尽相同,但其精神和遵循的原则却是一致的.在论述中文核心期刊及其评价功能的基础上,探讨综合性学术期刊的评价问题,研究影响因子、被引半衰期、他引率、检索系统收录率、论文的基金资助情况等与学术期刊评价指标体系的关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of evaluation system of journals is vitally important both to raise the level and to improve the quality of academic journals. Though there exists difference between Chinese core journals and JCR etc. in criterion standards of selection and evaluation methods, the guiding idea and principles are the same. Basing on the discussion of the functions of evaluation of Chinese core journals, this paper investigates the problems in evaluation of comprehensive academic journals, studying the relation between the criterion system of evaluation of academic journals and the influence factors, half-life of quotation,quotation rate, inclusion rate in indexing system, and the condition of grant-in-aid of articles.更多还原
