牛初乳功能食品的开发
The Development of the Function Fond With Cow First-Milk
【摘要】 主要概述牛初乳的食用历史、安全性、功能性组分 ,以及牛初乳的食品和生物加工特性 ,并探讨了牛初乳功能性食品开发的相关问题、对策和前景。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly elaborates the history for eating,the safety and the characteristics for processing of the cow first-milk and makes probe into the relevant problems,the countermeasures and the prospect of developing the functional food with cow first-milk.
