【摘要】 目的:探讨口腔癌根治术后并发消化道应激性溃疡出血的预防和治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析13例口腔癌根治术后并发消化道应激性溃疡出血病人的临床资料。结果:患者临床表现为腹痛、排柏油样大便、呕血、低血容量休克、贫血等。11例出血得到较快控制,1例反复出血,延迟6 d才得以缓解。1例死于失血性休克。结论:口腔癌根治术后并发消化道应激性溃疡出血是一种严重的并发症,它与患者年龄大、精神紧张、手术创伤及使用激素等有关,要注重对本病的预防,在治疗上应尽早采取积极措施,注意治疗方法的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the experience of prevention and treatment in stress ulcer with bleeding after radical surgery of oral cancer. Methods: The clinical informations of 13 cases with stress ulcer after radical operation of oral cancer were reviewed retrospectively. Results: There were stomachache, tarrystool, hematemesis, hypovolemic shock and hemorrhagic anemia. 11 cases of bleeding were effectively controlled, but 1 case bleeded repeatedly, controlled after 4 days.l case died of hypovolemic shock. Conclusions:Stress ulcer with bleeding is a severe complication in postoperation of oral cancer. It relates to patient’s age, spirit, trauma and Dexamisone. It is important to put prevention first and treat as soon as possible.更多还原
