【摘要】 介绍一种制备胶原蛋白干燥品的方法 ,并与原有的喷雾干燥法、冷冻干燥法进行了对比分析 ,结果表明 :用这种方法得到的胶原蛋白干品 :输送效率高 ;含有的水分在百分之十几时 ,胶原蛋白的变性温度可提高到 10 0℃左右 ,因此 ,不必采取冷藏等温度控制手段 ;不存在变质问题 ;可根据需要进行任意浓度的调配。更多还原
