氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定水和废水中微量汞
Determination of Trace Mercury in Water and Waste Water by Hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 研究了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱仪 (HG -AFS)测定水和废水中微量汞的新方法。以6 %硝酸为介质 ,测定了 6种水样中的汞 ,方法检出限为 0 .0 2 μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 2 .9% ,回收率为 98%~ 10 1%。
【Abstract】 A new method was proposed for the determination of trace Mercury by hydride generation -atomic fiuorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) in water and waste water. using 6 % HNO 3 solution as medium, the detection limit of the proposed method was found to be 0.02 mg/L and the RSD was 2.9 %. The method was successfully applied to the determination of mercury in six kinds of water samples with the recovery range of 98 %~101 % .
