铜(Ⅱ)-铬天氰S-氯代十六烷基吡啶络合物分光光度法测定土壤中微量氰
Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Cyanogen in Soil by Copper(Ⅱ)-Chromazurine S-Chloro-hexadecyl Pyridine Complex
【摘要】 提出了利用铜 -铬天氰S -氯代十六烷基吡啶三元络合物测定土壤中微量氰化物的新方法。该方法检出限为 3.0 4× 10 -6g/L ,测定线性范围 0~ 4 .0 μg/ 2 5mL。本方法已用于土壤中氰化物的测定。
【Abstract】 A new method for determination of trace cyanogen in soil by Copper-Chromazurine S -Chloro-hexadecyl Pyridine Complex was studied. Detection limit of the method was 3.04×10 -6 g/L. The linear range of determination was 0~4.0 μg/25 mL, The method was used to determine trace cyanogen in soil.
