【摘要】详细介绍了胡椒胺的两种合成方法 :一种以邻苯二酚为原料 ,经缩合环化、硝化、还原而制备 ;另一种以邻苯二酚为原料 ,缩合环化后 ,经卤化、氨解而制备 ,比较了这两种方法各自的优缺点 ,对国内外主要研究进展作了综合评述。简要介绍了胡椒胺衍生精细化学品在染料、医药方面的应用 ,指出应高度重视胡椒胺下游产品的深度开发。更多还原
