【摘要】 研究了焦炭塔用材 2 0 g钢的持久强度 ,并用该指标对焦炭塔的剩余寿命进行评估。试验用材选用已在焦炭塔上使用了 2 7年 (已发生轻度球化 )的 2 0 g钢板。做成两组 (轻度球化和中度球化各 6个 )标准试棒 ,在 4 75℃下做持久试验 ,然后利用双对数曲线进行外推得出焦炭塔的剩余寿命更多还原

【Abstract】 The coking tower-the endurance strength of 20 g was studied,moreover the residual life the coking tower based on the criterion was assessed. 20 g steel plate used 27 years(existing slight spheroidization) was selected as test matter. two teams(6 slight spheroidized and moderate spheroidized respectively)standard specimens were made, endurance test at 475 ℃ was conducted,then taking advantage of log-log line to extend, the residual life of the coking tower was gained.更多还原
