【摘要】 防焦剂MTP是国内外正在研究开发的一种性能优良的多功能橡胶加工助剂 ,其化学名称为N -吗啉硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺。本文介绍了以二硫代双吗啉为主要原料 ,经氯化反应、缩合反应 ,及其他操作过程制备防焦剂MTP的方法 ,并对氯化反应器的形式、氯化反应中的通氯量、以及溶剂和吸酸剂的选择进行了探讨 ,为今后深入研究及应用防焦剂MTP奠定了一定的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antiscorching agent MTP (N-Morpholinothio Phthaldiamide) having fine performance is a multifunctional addition agent for rubber processing and has attracted increasing interest in recent years. The method of preparing antiscorching agent MTP from 4,4′-dithiobismorpholine by chlorination, condensation and other operating steps was introduced. The form of chlorination reactor, the flow rate of chlorine, and the selection of solvent and acid-absorbing agent were also discussed. The work presented here plays a fundamental role for further study and application of MTP in the future.更多还原
