化工容器开孔不另行补强的快速判别法

【摘要】 依据GB150-98《钢制压力容器》之规定,推导出单个开孔不另行补强的快速判别式,该方法安全可靠、适应性广,它克服了传统方法的缺点:如果在补强范围内多余金属截面积大于或等于由于开孔而削弱的面积,则不需要另外补强,反之,则需补强。该方法尤其对接管材料强度与壳体材料强度处于同一等级时,判别更快捷、方便。

【Abstract】 According to the Rules on GB150-98\<Pressure Steel Vessels\>a fast discriminant method is reasoned out about a single hole opened without additional reinforcement. The method in use is of safety, reliability and wide range adaptability, which also overcomes traditional disadvantages. If the cross section of nuisance metal within the range being reinforced is larger than, or equal to that cut-off one because of hole opening, not to reinforce is needed. And vice versas, reinforcement is needed. This method is conveniently suited to both joining tubes materials and vessel materials, but of the same strength each.
