一类非线性系统的神经网络鲁棒自适应控制
Neural Network Robust Adaptive Control for a Class of Nonlinear Systems
【摘要】 针对一类单输入单输出仿射非线性系统,提出了一类神经网络鲁棒自适应控制。设计过程中,采用RBF神经网络实现对系统中的未知非线性函数逼近,并考虑到存在逼近误差和外部干扰,采用滑模控制实现了系统的鲁棒控制。最后通过MATLAB仿真,证明了该方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 Neural network robust adaptive control method is proposed for a class of SISO affine nonlinear systems. In the design process, RBF neural network is used to approximate the unknown nonlinearities and the sliding mode control is used to realize the robust control of the system in the case of considering the approximation error and the system’s external disturbance. Finally MATLAB is applied to simulation, and the effectiveness of the control scheme is proved.
