辽宁省机动车污染防治管理初探
【摘要】 机动车污染正逐步成为影响环境空气质量的重要因素 ,分析我省机动车污染防治管理工作现状并提出管理对策对于改善全省环境空气质量具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Motor vehicle pollution has become the major factor that affects the air quality.Aiming at atmaspheric pollution control, combining with the status of vehicles pollution control,some effective measures for motor vehicle pollution control and management were put foward .
