盘锦地区农业面源污染及其防治措施

【摘要】 对盘锦地区当前主要的农业面源污染进行了认真的分析和研究 ,指出水污染、石油开采过程中产生的污染、农业自身造成的污染等是盘锦地区主要的农业面源污染。并结合盘锦地区农业生产的实际 ,针对当前的农业面源污染提出了加大环境污染治理力度 ,有重点的开展农业自身面源污染的防治工作 ,加强生态环境监测体系建设 ,大力推进科技进步 ,多元化筹措资金、增加资金投入等五项具体的防治农业面源污染的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article has carried ou conscientious analysis and study to the major agricultural surface source pollution of panjin area. It points out that the polluted water、the pollution produce in the course of petroleum mining、 pollution cayses by the agriculture itself etc. are the major agricultural surface source pollutions in panjin area. Combines with the practice of agriculture production in Panjin area, aim at these agricultural surface source pollutions, it puts forward five specific measures to prevent and cure the agricultural surface source pollutions: increase administer inten sity to environmental pollution, make the key prevention work to surface source pollution caused by agriculture itself, reinforce the construction of the ecological environmental inspection system, carry the advance of science and technology forward vigorously, raise capital in many ways and put more capital into to prevent pollutions.更多还原
