高温萤石粉稀相气力输送工程设计分析
Analysis of Engineering Design for Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying of High Temperature Fluorite
【摘要】 通过工程实践 ,证实了稀相正压气力输送系统用于短距离高温萤石粉输送是可行的 ,对系统运行中出现的料气混合比偏高、料斗侧壁积料以及部分设备和弯管磨损严重等问题进行了分析 ,并提出了解决措施
【Abstract】 Engineering practices have proved that it is feasible to use dilute phase positive pressure pneumatic conveying system for short distance high temperature fluorite conveying.Problems occurred during the system operation including the material/air mixing ratio is high,material buildup on hopper wall and severe wear of some equipment and elbows are analyzed.Correction measures are proposed.
