【Abstract】 Clean production derive from the severe affect of industrial revolution on environment. In face of serious environment situation of the world and more and more waste, people begin to think the past development model and management strategy, try to look for succession economic growth method, and this method should not damage environment,clean production is a valid path, and this has been confirmed by the practice of developed countries.
