树脂吸附法处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水的研究
THE TREATMENT OF METHYL SALYCYLATE INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER WITH RESIN ADSORPTION TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 采用吸附树脂NDA-99处理水杨酸甲酯生产废水,结果表明该树脂对废水中的5-6.3杨酸及水杨酸均具有良好的吸附—脱附性能。废水经预处理和吸附处理后,CODcr由57000~59000mg/L降至6300mg/L左右,去除率接近89%[(\241\243)78.9(\323\303)]1BV 8% NaOH+3BV H2O作脱附剂,在温度为60℃、流量为1BV/h100%,树脂可重复使用。高浓度脱5-磺基水杨酸,回收率为95%78%。 关键词:吸附树脂; 水杨酸甲酯; 5-磺基水杨酸; 废水治理
【Abstract】 The adsorption resin NDA-99 is used to effectively treat methyl salicylate industrially manufacturing wastewater. The results show the resin own a satisfactory adsorptive performance to salicylic acid as also 5-sulfosalicylic acid. After pretreatment, CODcr can decrease from 57000~59000 mg/L to 6300 mg/L, with the removal ratio up to 89%. By feeding 1BV 8% NaOH+3BV H2O, 100% of desorptive efficiency can be obtained. About 95% of 5-sulfosalicylic acid can be recovered simultaneously from the high-concentrated solution through acidification and crystallization.
