【Abstract】 Polystyryl sulfonyl chloride resin 1 reacted with aqueous methylamine in the presence of pyridine as catalyst yielding N-methyl sulfonamide resin 2, followed by treatment of acid chloride in pyridine to give polystyryl N-Methyl-N-acyl sulfonamide resin 3. N-Substituted amides were prepared by the reaction of amines with resin 3 as a acyl transfer reagent in 8-81% yields. Aminoethyl alcohol can be selectively acylated to offer N-hydroxylethyl benzamide without any esterification product.更多还原
