优化装置操作 避免离子膜损伤
Optimizing devices operating to avoid ion-exchange membrane hurting
【摘要】 针对新疆石河子中发化工有限责任公司国产化离子膜强制循环电解槽的运行特点,分析了一次盐水、二次盐水质量及开停车对电解槽和离子膜寿命的影响。指出:只有电槽压差稳定,才能保证电解槽平稳运行,避免离子膜受损,延长离子膜使用寿命。
【Abstract】 In view of the running characters of domestic ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer with forced circulation,the influence of the quality of primary and secondary brine,and the running status of start-up or shut-down on the service life of electrolyzer and ion-exchange membrane is analyzed.It is pointed out that:only when the cell voltage of electrolyzer is stabilized,the running of electrolyzer can insure to be smooth and stable so as to avoid ion-exchange membrane hurting and elongate the service life of ion-exchange membrane.
