【摘要】 目的通过分析不典型急性心肌梗死临床误诊原因,提高对不典型急性心肌梗死的认识,减少误诊率。方法从44例不典型急性心肌梗死的住院患者中,筛选出26例误诊病历进行分析。结果临床误诊的主要原因是:对不典型急性心肌梗死的心电图认识不足以及讯问病史、全面体检不详细。结论全面搜集和辩证分析所有病情资料、及时进行血清心肌标记物浓度等必要的检查、观察心电图动态变化也是减少临床误诊的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the recognition of atypical acute myocardial infarction and to decrease the misdiagnosing rate by analyzing the cause of misdiagnosis. Method 26 cases of misdiagnosis were selected and analyzed from 44 cases of atypical acute myocardial infarction. Results inadequate recognition of electrocardiography, as well as inadequate interrogation of the medical history and incorrect physical examination, was the cause of misdiagnosis. Conclusion The effective approaches to diminish the misdiagnosis were carried out by fully collecting and analyzing all of the information, timely examining the concentration of serum myocardial markers and observing the dynamic change of electrocardiography.更多还原
