【摘要】 目的研究体表心电图在鉴别阵发性室上性心动过速发生机制中的价值及影响因素。方法聘请有不同心电图及心脏电生理水平的心内科医师,完成本课题组提供的58份阵发性室上性心动过速心电图的相关答卷,并与标准答案进行对照。结果三种心电图及电生理医师答卷正确率明显不同。提示应用体表心电图诊断阵发性室上性心动过速发生机制的价值,与临床医师对心律失常发生机制的深刻理解和细致的体表心电图的分析能力有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the role of surface electrocardiography(ECG) in deferential diagnosis of paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia and the factors that affect the appearance of. ECG Methods 58 cases ECG of paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia were analyzed by cardiologists with deferent level of cardiac electrophysiology traning and were comfirmed with standard answer. Results the accuracy rate of diagnosis which were made by cardiologist with deferent level of cardiac electrophysiology traning is significantly deferent,which suggests that the diagnostic value of ECG in the superventricular tachycardia is determined by the knowledge about arrhythmia mechanism mastered by physician and the dedication of analyzing surface ECG of them.更多还原
