超声心动图对乏氏窦瘤的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨乏氏窦瘤的声像图特征及超声诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析46例手术诊断为乏氏窦瘤的患者 ,并与术前超声诊断结果对照。 结果 46例中超声明确诊断乏氏窦瘤43例 ,诊断符合率93.5 %。结论 超声诊断乏氏窦瘤具有很高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the echocardiography characteristics of Aneurysm of Sinus of Valsalva and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods 46patients of Aneurysm of Sinus of Valsalva diagnosed by the operation were analysed retrospectively,and contrast it to the echocardiography outcome preoperative. Results Among them,43patients were confirmed as Aneurysm of Sinus of Vaslsalva by echocardiography before operation,the diagnosis accuracy rate was93.5%. Conclusion Echocardiography is valuable in diagnosis of Aneurysm of Sinus of Valsalva.更多还原
