【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性迟发性颅内血肿(TDIH)与伤后首诊颅脑CT表现之间的相关关系及发生TDIH的高危阶段。方法 回顾分析42例TDIH患者的伤后首诊CT检查表现 ,同时对TDIH发生的时间亦作出分析。结果 42例TDIH中伤后首诊颅脑CT表现为复合伤35例 ,单一类型损伤表现6例 ,表现正常1例 ,发生在伤后72h内39例。结论 TDIH的发生率与伤后首诊颅脑CT表现密切相关 ,伤后72h内为TDIH的高发阶段更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between traumatic delayed intracranial hematom(TDIH) and cranial CT manifestation in first diagnosis and to predict the high risk phase of TDIH. Methods CT manifestations of 42 cases with TDIH and their occurrence time were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT manifestations in first diagnosis were multiple injuries in 35 cases, simple injury in 6 cases respectively. One case was normal. TDIH occurred within 72h after trauma in 39 cases.Conclusion Morbidity of TDIH is correlated with cranial CT manifestation in first diagnosis closely. TDIH occurred within 72h after trauma easily.更多还原
