合金化热镀锌IF钢板镀层显微组织的TEM观察

【摘要】 介绍了用聚焦离子束方法制备合金化热镀锌IF钢板镀层横截面TEM试样,应用透射电镜对其显微结构进行了观察。结果表明,商用合金化热镀锌IF钢板镀层显微结构由近界面的牙齿状Γ相层和等轴Γ1相及δ相组成,晶粒尺寸为0.5~1μm;δ相电子衍射斑点中存在明显的超点阵斑点。

【Abstract】 The coating microstructure of galvannealed IF steel sheets was studied by TEM. The cross-sectional TEM specimen was prepared using Focused Ion Beam technique which was also introduced briefly. The results show that the coating microstructure of commercial galvannealed IF steel sheets consist of Γ phase which appears front-teeth micrograph adjacent to the Fe-Zn interface and Γ1, δ phase which appear equiaxed crystal micrograph. It also show that the grain size is 0.5~1μm and it exits superlattice reflections in the electron diffraction pattern of δ phase.
